2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

2.1 Timeframe
You must notify us of your intent to return an item within ‌30 calendar days‌ from the date of delivery. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

2.2 Condition of Items

  • The product must be ‌unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging‌ (including all accessories, manuals, tags, and protective wrapping).
  • Items showing signs of wear, installation, or mishandling cannot be returned.
  • Security seals or labels must be intact.

2.3 Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are ‌final sale and cannot be returned‌ unless defective upon arrival:

  • Personalized or custom‑ordered items.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable” on the product page.

3. Return Process – Steps to Follow

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number‌ – We will review your request and, if eligible, provide an RA number and return instructions within 3 business days. Returns sent without an RA number will not be processed.
  3. Package the Item Securely‌ – Repack the product in its original box, include all included parts, and add the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return‌ – Send the package to the address we provide, using a trackable and insured carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
  5. Inspection & Processing‌ – Once we receive the return, our team will inspect it within 5–7 business days. We will notify you via email of the inspection outcome.

4. Refund Policy – No “Refund‑Only” Option

We do not offer “refund‑only” (i.e., refund without return) under any circumstances.‌ A refund is issued ‌only after‌ we have received and approved the returned item.

4.1 Approved Returns

  • If the return meets all eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the ‌original payment method‌ within ‌14 business days‌ after approval.
  • The refund amount will equal the product’s purchase price, excluding original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) once the item is received and verified.

You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once the order status changes to “Shipped,” standard return procedures apply. To request a cancellation, email us immediately with your order number.
